Regional Holiday Catalogs

REGIONAL HOLIDAY CATALOGS

The online version of the 2021 hoiday catalogs for the various regions are now available for IndieCommerce and IndieLite stores.

Stores can link to the catalog by adding a menu link or a block.

Note : The full URL (including your site URL) should be used when creating a menu link. This is different from how other menu links are created, where only the relative path (what comes after the site URL) is used.

CALIBA

Not For Sale

This feature allows you to make specific titles Not for Sale through your website, even if these books are available through Ingram. These are titles that your store has chosen for any reason not to make available for sale to the public.

Navigate to Store -> Configuration -> Store Pricing -> Books -> Not For Sale

You can now choose whether to display these titles on your site or to suppress them completely from any search results.

IndieCommerce - Sidelines and Non-Books

Get up to speed on the latest features and strategies for selling sidelines and other non-book inventory on your website. We'll cover an easy-to-use feature that adds tens of thousands of gift & game products from Ingram, how to bulk upload your own unique products, and how to integrate non-book products with LSI, so you can combine stock and pricing updates for books and sidelines in a single upload from your POS system.

IndieCommerce - Order Processing 201

Learn about the latest, advanced tools available for processing your online orders in bulk. In this webinar we will cover bulk order processing, printing invoices in bulk, exporting to shipping solutions, exporting to POS systems and generating custom sales reports. These new features will save your staff time and keep your customers satisfied.

Bulk Upload of Images

This option is best suited for stores with a very large number of images to upload—25 or more.  For smaller numbers of images, it's easier to simply edit products one by one and upload the image that way.

Steps to bulk upload your images

  • Gather your images from your camera/the web/your vendor or distributor, etc.

Store Books: Used Books, Signed Books, etc.

This module allows stores to create 'store books', which are custom products that refer to new books available through Ingram but may be different from them. For example, they may represent used copies, signed copies, or unique editions.

NOTE: The Store Book module will be enabled on IC sites upon request, please email us to request the module be enabled.

Bulk Importer: Importing Attributes

Note: Adjusted SKUs are not compatible with LSI for custom products.  If you plan to use LSI for custom products, do not use this feature.

Use this workflow to extend your custom products with attributes and options, creating product variations customers can choose from when they add the product to their cart.
